As our 37th president, Richard Nixon is often remembered for his involvement in the Watergate scandal. As such we might not put him in the "bring back the best" category of the HNC. Positive things that Nixon is credited with include: getting the US out of Vietnam, bringing American POW's home, and opening diplomatic relations with China. The reason for including "Tricky Dick" has nothing to to with that. I was looking for presidential masks for iconic/recognizable presidents and I just had to twist his "I am not a crook" quote into a haunt slogan. Of course that would be "I am not a spook". :-D
